30 minutes in one of private infrared saunas, reduces muscle tension, detoxes the body, and takes the edge off, allowing you to get an even deeper and more gratifying floating experience. Allow yourself 2.5 - 3 hours at the facility comfortably.

First-time float!
A 75 minute float, which is the perfect amount of time for a first time. Expect to spend 2 - 2.5 hours. You’re asked to arrive 15 minutes early, are given a thorough tour, and some pro tips to have a great time!
